On our Standard and Prime Plans, we provide you access to an Intelligent Real-Time Access Reporting Dashboard so you can see how your ad dollars are being spent and your return on investment. This is also available on our Starter plan as an Add-On.

Retargeting simply means targeting a person again so they see your company more than once with advertising. You can retarget people with advertising from website and social media engagement, store activity, your customer lists, and more. Retargeting is included on Standard and Prime Plans, and is available for Add-On on our Starter plan.
River & Buzz is an online advertising company that supports display, social media and search networks. We do not provide TV/OTT advertising or traditional advertising services.
We provide basic ad design and creative support on our Prime plan. We recommend hiring a Creative Agency on all plans to design static and motion content to use in your ads. River & Buzz provides creative consulting support on Standard and Prime plans.
Ad spend is the budget you pay advertising networks for your ads to be seen online. The ad spend for each campaign is billed separately from our fee by the advertising networks you choose. River & Buzz monthly plans are for media buying, campaign management and strategy services that ensure the success and return on investment of your campaigns.
Before we launch your campaign, we ensure that your budget does not exceed the ad spend limit of your plan. If you want to spend more than your ad spend limit, you’ll have the choice of upgrading your plan or paying an additional spend fee of 10%. For example, if you are on our Standard Plan and you want to spend $3,000 on ad spend, you would be $500 over the limit so we would charge you $50 for going over the limit.
